The Founder
The Architect
of Recognition
We don't build brands to be seen. We engineer them to be known. There is a real difference between visibility and recognition, and most agencies are only selling you the first one.
The Genesis
KNOWN was built out of frustration with the generic. The industry is full of agencies pushing symmetrical templates and safe, sanitized identities that fade into the background.
We saw strong companies and sharp individuals struggling, not because their work lacked quality, but because it lacked gravity. They were visible, but interchangeable. Seen, but not remembered. This studio exists to close that gap: to translate real expertise into presence people actually recall.
Our Credo
We believe
Friction creates memory. Safe is forgettable.
We don't believe
In templates, best practices, or following the category leader.
We believe
Aesthetics must serve strategy, not decorate it.
We don't believe
That visibility and recognition are the same thing.
The Real Question
It started as an offhand question in a first client meeting: "do you know me? Do you know me too?" That was not a throwaway line. It was the most honest description of what this studio actually sells.
The Dichotomy
Why our model works.
The Industry Standard
- Chasing trends
- Endless revision rounds
- Safe, symmetrical layouts
The KNOWN Approach
- Engineering gravity, deliberately
- One decisive round, built from data
- Asymmetric, memorable impact
Values in Action
Abstract values, made concrete.
Specificity over safety
We turned down a client brief asking for 'something like our competitor, but better.'
The narrative comes first
Every visual system we build starts from a written positioning brief, never a mood board.
Proof, not promises
Every case study on our site links to a real, checkable result.
Recognition is earned monthly
We report share-of-voice movement every 30 days, not once a quarter.

Fit Check
Who we work with.
Good Fit
- You have a real point of view you have not said publicly yet
- You are ready to be specific, even if it costs you some safety
- You want a system, not a single campaign
Not a Fit
- You want to look like your top competitor
- You need a logo by Friday and nothing else
- You are not willing to be quoted saying something specific
